Situated in a quiet street on a small block, this holiday house opens up to a verdant lagoon. The plan is made up of two  8 x 8 metre squares. The rear square has two levels, containing all the living areas and master bedroom. It opens up to the north with a series of increasing volume, from a 2.1metre high seating nook near the fire to a large outdoor room with a 3.6metre high adjustable shade mechanism. The front square is single storey and contains bathroom areas and bedrooms available for visiting guests and family. This square can be shut down when not in use.
