MWA has become established as an architecture studio specialising in public domain, art and architectural projects.

The practice had been the recipient of awards, from the RAIA, AILA and the concrete association, as well as winning several design competitions including the inaugural emerging architects competition set up by the RAIA and more recently the Jacaranda Square competition by SOPA.

The design of architectural projects, including houses, apartments and commercial buildings is given greater depth by MWA’s experience in art, architecture and the city.

Public projects, such as Jacaranda Square at Sydney Olympic Park and Sam Fiszman Park at Bondi’s Ben Buckler demonstrate the practice’s commitment to a collaborative design approach synthesising art, architecture and urban design into more sophisticated public spaces.
