The circulation is rationalised along a central two-level gallery spine, overlooking the courtyard. The gallery spine also connects and services the topographical-like roof-scape and parapet lines of the five pavilions.
The linear layout along the street belies a U-shaped plan at the rear framing the central courtyard. The on-grade carparking is consolidated underneath the built form.
