2023 RANDWICK CITY ARCHITECTURE AND URBAN AWARDS
58 Carr Street has picked up it’s third award!
After winning awards from the AIA in Heritage Architecture and from the NSW Heritage Council in “Adaptive Reuse”, our Coogee project has won Best Urban Project at the Randwick City Council Architecture and Urban Design Awards. Alumni Park, UNSW with Spackman Mossop Michaels was highly commended in the same category after winning NSW and National AILA awards in 2022

FUTURE HOMES, VICTORIA
The Future Homes project responds to Melbourne’s continuing population growth and has been created to enable gentle density increases in the suburbs through high-quality development.

The project is a joint initiative between the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP), and the Office of the Victorian Government Architect (OVGA) to deliver quality apartments.
