The proposed canopy at Flight Deck in Collaroy is a symmetrical roof canopy that extends from beneath the existing building spandrel and out towards Pittwater Road. The geometric, butterfly-like roof form sits above two angular columns, which subtly contain the plumbing for the roof form above.
The proposed entry works are positioned in between the existing car spaces and within the enclave of the entryway. The entry works will include the remediation of the glass sliding entry doors, that lead up the stairs and into the building foyer.
