This project on Burnewang Street in Albion, is the second of 3 projects that we are developing for Homes Victoria. All 3 projects have their origins in the Future Homes Competition.
The project for has a higher yield of 19 apartments due in part to the fact that the 2 amalgamated lots form a corner site. As our Ashfield Study showed, increased street frontage enables a more efficient (and more urbane) layout. 12 of the 19 apartments face and overlook the streets.
Construction is, as with all our current housing projects, minimising embodied carbon with lightweight wall systems.
