This project on Middleton Street in Braybrook, is the first of 3 projects that we are developing for Homes Victoria. All 3 projects have their origins in the Future Homes Competition.
This is the first to receive planning approval and we are now documenting it for construction. The project for 16 apartments is on a tight mid-block site on 2 amalgamated lots, with on grade carparking to the rear.
Where possible the construction is a lightweight system that minimises the carbon footprint and improves the budget bottom line.
