Bay Street Micro Apartments

This project for 87 rooms, is a rare type at this scale and simplicity. The building is organised into two precast volumes on either side of a louvred breezeway core. All rooms are designed “like micro apartments”, with their own bathroom, kitchenette and balcony and all rooms cross ventilate over their front doors into the breezeway.
