Caringbah Office Building

This modest commercial project was designed for the owners own offices. MWA took over the project from a previous architect who was unable to gain approval with a rational design layout.
By putting the entry at the rear, at the highest point, all equal access issues were resolved. This was essential for the ground floor which was to be let out as medical suites. A long-life loose fit plan was developed with all the services along the party wall, freeing up the floor plate on the North and West, adjacent to the windows for flexible planning.
