We are about to lodge this DA for 30 new apartments over eight levels in Villawood, as the first lots in an up-zoned block within 400 metres of Villawood Station. All apartments have a northerly aspect, and all bar 1 with cross ventilation. A lightweight cladding specified to reduce the carbon footprint, which should age well in Western Sydney.
The long section shows the carefully organised services – including the bin room – all sitting logically over the carpark with no transfer slab.
