Remedial + Adaptive Reuse
Since 2013 when we first started our work on 58 Carr Street, MWA have had an abiding interest in Remedial and Adaptive Re-use projects. Often large and ambitious, more recent projects have included a kilometre of new balustrades at “Flight-Deck” Collaroy, a ¼ HA of windows for Eastbourne Towers, and more recently a review of the iconic Kilburn Towers in Manly. Remediation projects can also be modest, like the Bundeena House, where in a 1959 project home under 100m2 has been restored and renewed.
