Multi Residential Architecture & Mixed Use

MWA has been designing high quality multi residential architecture for over 20 years. Since 1999, firstly with terraces houses and subsequently with apartment buildings and townhouses, MWA has designed a broad range of award and competition winning multi-res projects. These projects include, the adaptive re-use at Carr Street Coogee, the national  ‘Future Homes’ competition for ‘Pattern Book Housing’  for the Victorian Government, Urban Design studies into low and mid rise medium density housing for GANSW and MWA’s mixed use Bourke Street Project, which has been selected by GANSW as an exemplar case study  for a multi residential apartment building on noisy roads. See more of our projects below.
